Also sry Extro für das Chaos hier^^ aber wir können dir leider auch keine besseren Lösungen anbieten wie das Spiel neu zu installieren.

Zumindest aber weißt dieser Fehler nicht auf einen Hardwaredefekt hin... im Gegenteil die Aussage "DBFilesClient\Startup_Strings.dbc has wrong number of columns (found 19, expected 11)" bestätigt sogar dass die Datei korrekt eingelesen wurde... dummerweise aber scheint diese Datei nicht das zu enthalten was WOW erwartet hat... sie ist schlichtweg veraltet...

Da diese Datei innerhalb der MPQ-Dateien von Wow zu finden ist, ist anzunehmen dass der Patch an einer sehr dummen Stelle abgebrochen hat.

Fazit: Kein Festplattenfehler, kein Ramfehler... wahrscheinlich hat das garnichts mit der lieben Hardware zu tun... versuch bitte WOW neu zu installieren

Joa... guter Tip... der Firstlevel-Service bei Blizzard besitzt einen 20-Punkte-Fragenkatalog... und unter den dortigen Antworten findet die durchschnittliche Reinigungsfachfrau welche dort angestellt ist auch die Antwort "bitte installieren sie wow neu"...

Sag mal Blutdürster^^ was denkst du welche Technomages dir das Händchen halten wenn wow nicht mehr funktioniert und auf paranormalem Weg dein Wow reparieren?^^

Wenn du unbedingt basteln willst Extro kannst du noch die kleinste Dateien mit der Endung ".mpq" löschen (das ist die Patch-addfile... ka wie die heißt immo) und dann nochmal das repair ausführen... mit ein wenig Glück ersetzt das repair die defekte Datei und dein Wow funktioniert... darauf gibts aber keine Erfolgsgarantie...

Soll ich nun WoW neu Installieren? Das dauert bei mir mindenstens 24h mit allen Patches

Bloß kommt noch dazu dass repair.exe bei mir auch nicht funktioniert

Vor einer Woche hab ich WoW gelöscht da es da nicht ging. Also habe ich mir Gestern Zeit genommen um alles wieder zu installiern. Bis dahin lief ja noch alles gut. Da waren auch dann alle Patches drauf und ich wollte WoW starten.

hast du es mal im abgesicherten Modus probiert?
 
Ein "Version Mismatch" könnte durchaus ein RAM Fehler sein. Nehmen wir mal an, WoW ließt eine Datei ein und will auf die Daten zugreifen. An Stelle XYZ ist der RAM defekt und WoW bekommt fehlerhafte Daten geliefert -> wie das Programm darauf reagiert bleibt wohl dem Programmierer überlassen. Das Szenario ist zwar nahezu unwarscheinlich und liegt hier sicherlich nicht vor aber aber es ist möglich (denn auch eine Versionsnummer sind nur Bits die ebenso falsch sein können, genauso wie gesamte Dateiinhalte).

Hast du Windoof Vista? Falls Ja shchmeiß WoW einmal komplett runter und führ vorallem den Patchvorgang als Administrator aus damit WoW 100%ig alle Rechte hat die es braucht um die Dateien verändern zu können.

Alternativ kannst du dein Windoof auch im abgesichtertem Modus mit Netzwerktreibern starten und dort WoW installieren um Konflikte mit anderen Treibern oder Software ausschließen zu können.

Im Ernstfall mal die WoW CD mit IsoBuster checken -Y falls die Fehlerhaft sein sollte kann ein Patch ja quasi gar nichts richtig patchen

Ich mag das Programm nicht und finde es recht unnütz. Hab jedenfalls noch nie jemanden gesehen bei dem es geholfen hätte.
