The change to judgements of the wise was to ensure mana management remained a part of the Paladin's gameplay. We were seeing paladins who were simply not losing any mana while going full out. The changes we made are all aimed at lowering the incredible PvP burst potential of the paladin while maintaining their PvE DPS. That being said our most recent tests have shown that Paladin DPS in raids has been hit a little too hard by the changes and we plan to remedy this by applying a hotfix to the servers during the next maintainance. The changes to several skills and talents are as follows :-
The Art of War -- now increases the damage of Judgement, Crusader Strike and Divine Storm by 8/12%.
Righteous Vengeance -- damage has been increased to 10/20/30/40/50% respectively.
Seal of Command -- now has a higher proc rate. This is to compensate for the reduction in judgement and seal damage. Players should see more consistant and, in most cases, increased DPS.
Divine Storm -- The healing element of this spell has been increased to 50%. While we wanted to lower it's damage it was not our intention to lower it's utility by that much, hence the increase.
=> Sie wollten den Burstschaden im PVP senken, außerdem konnte es nicht sein, dass Retri's nie auf ihr Mana achten mußten und haben aber nun die PVE DPS zu stark gesenkt, passen das jetzt wieder an.
