Also langsam wird mir das mit ArenaNet zu bunt
kurz vor Ostern hat sichs ein hacker mal ganz einfach gemacht und drum gebeten, doch bitte die mails für neues Passwort und Co an eine andere mail Adresse(seine) zu schicken als an die registrierte (meine).
Der Support hat natürlich schnell geholfen (siehe Verlauf,von unten nach oben):

I have updated the Guild Wars 2 Account Name. From now on you will be using your "puppetmaster123@live.de" address as the Guild Wars 2 login name.
When processing account name changes, we must also reset the password. An automatically generated containing a link has been sent to your puppetmaster123@live.de email address. After clicking the link in the email, you will be directed to the Guild Wars 2 Account Management page to enter your Guild Wars 2 account name and set your new password.
If you did not receive this e-mail, please check any spam/junk mail folders as some e-mail services might recognize the auto-generated password e-mail as spam.
Note: Please be aware that previously used passwords will not be accepted during the reset process and you’ll have to come up with a brand new one to proceed.

Wie man sieht ging es recht schnell.
Jetzt wieder die Richtige Mail Adresse zu hinterlegen hat allerdings 3 Tage gedauert, da ich auf die Antwort des Supports immer >4Std warten muss.
Gold/Items und co bekomme ich wohl nicht zurück und auf dem falschen Server bin ich jetzt auch (da verdient ArenaNat jetzt auch noch weil ich gems kaufen muss für den Transfer)
Ende vom Lied also ich hab 4 nackte 80er auf nem Server auf dem ich keine Sau kenne und diese GMs von ArneNet wollen mir erzählen ich sei schuld (obwohl sie dem hacker alle erforderlichen Liks direkt zugeschickt haben)^^ Daumen hoch für so viel Unfähigkeit
